Position Title: Senior IT Technical Service Consultant

Salary: Level 6, $120,457 - $132,753, CCC Industrial Agreement 2013
Contract: Full‐time five‐year contract with possibility of further extension. Suitable applicants may be considered for other similar vacancies within the next 12 months.

About the Commission
The Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) is a leading anti‐corruption agency whose primary purpose is to strengthen the integrity of the public sector, reduce corruption and disrupt criminal activity for the benefit of the Western Australian community. The Corporate Services Directorate delivers high‐quality corporate support services, including human resources, work health and safety, financial services, and information management and technology services.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively liaise with customers to ensure their technology requirements are met and provide technical management and support for IT systems, networks, and corporate applications.
* Engage stakeholders by providing IT support and solutions to directorates, ensuring compliance with processes and policies.
* Analyse and monitor service delivery by contracted service providers, build customer relationships and liaise with business stakeholders to ensure projects and deliverables align with the strategic direction of the Commission.
* Implement technology solutions, provide application support, offer technical advice, and respond to service requests across a hybrid environment that includes virtualised servers, LAN/WAN, cloud‐based systems, security appliances, A/V and telecommunication equipment, and client devices.
* Plan, manage, and coordinate the administration, upgrade, and improvement of computing infrastructure to maintain a reliable and stable environment.
* Actively participate in cyber strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of current cyber security solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
* Possession of a relevant tertiary degree (e.g., Software Engineering, Information Security, IT or similar) and/or industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco networking or similar).
* Demonstrated ICT project and contract management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to leverage technical skills to develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
* Demonstrated experience in participating in cyber strategic planning, implementation, and maintaining current cyber security solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and supporting complex enterprise technology environments across a range of infrastructure, systems, networks and end‐user technologies.
* Australian citizenship or immediate eligibility for citizenship.
