Rate Money is seeking a skilled and experienced Lending Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial solutions team, you will be responsible for engaging with self-employed clients, providing tailored financial solutions, analyzing financial documents, and advising on loan options suited to their unique needs.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Melton, VIC. The successful candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with alternative documentation loans and tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients through the lending process, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of loan products
* Liaise with lenders and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications
Requirements
* Strong understanding of financial analysis, business financials, and lending practices
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting client relationships
* Experience with alternative documentation loans and tailored financial solutions
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance within the lending and financial sectors
* Ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop creative financing solutions
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in mortgage brokering or financial advising
* Proficiency in relevant software tools for financial analysis and reporting
