We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Burswood. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Position Duties:
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including drafting contracts and conducting inductions.
- Assisting with performance management, training, and workforce planning.
- Supporting managers with employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with Australian workplace legislation, awards, and agreements.
- Maintaining HR records and preparing reports as required.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organisational performance.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in a HR generalist or advisory role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian workplace legislation, Fair Work requirements, and HR best practice.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Position: Full time, permanent
Salary: $76,515 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation (exclusive of bonuses and allowances).
