**The opportunity**
We are looking for someone with a team mindset and can do attitude to join a fantastic team that thrives of collaboration and working together to get the best outcomes for our customers and patients.
- Collect and maintain database matrix on existing and competitor equipment within health care facilities;
- Analysis of existing product utilization data for patterns and future trends as requested by product managers;
- Perform analysis to assess sales results, targets, sales vs budget and other related reports;
- Generate and maintain various pricing, stock and sales reports and disseminate to product and sales managers on a regular basis;
- Assist with logistics pertaining to overseas principal visits;
- Assist with logistics pertaining to product training both in-house and external;
- Assist the Tender and Database manager with on-time completion of specific tender submissions, including all technical aspects;
- Support management of marketing materials including literature and internal document control;
- Support product enrichment for Device Online and other digital marketing projects given by Marketing Manager
- Ongoing research of web forums, seminars and discussion groups related to the portfolio;
- Assist with internal SAP processes such as transfers, customer orders, product code creation and hierarchies;
- Maintain the marketing activity grid with specific reference on conferences, launches, price increases, training and campaigns;
- Specific marketing projects as directed by the business management;
- Assist the relevant manager with facilitating information flow between marketing and the regulatory affairs department in regards to new products, updates for TGA ARTG's, recalls and product complaints; This may include setting up regular meetings between relevant manager and regulatory affairs;
- Assist with internal and external (Trade Shows) conferences;
- Update and/or edit business unit documents as directed under the guidance of the relevant manager and upload these documents to the appropriate business unit page on the Hub.
**About you**
Due to internal promotion a Sales & Marketing Coordinator position has become available within the Surgical Solutions Business Unit.

**Experience required**:
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Intermediate to advanced level experience with MS Excel or similar database;
- Proven analytical ability;
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral English).
- Ability to manage work priorities and able to demonstrate good time management skills;
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritising workload.
