Nikola Estate, one of WA's oldest and most picturesque wineries, is home to multiple stunning venues, including Woodcutters Restaurant and the historic Old Cellars. We are dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences and hosting exceptional events and weddings.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and hands on Restaurant Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing extraordinary events to life, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, team leadership, customer experience, and event coordination. You will work closely with senior management, kitchen leadership, and event teams to ensure smooth operations across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
* Lead, train, and develop front-of-house staff
* Manage rostering, staffing levels, and labour costs
* Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
* Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and compliance standards
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and operational procedures
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
Weddings & Functions Oversight
* Along side our amazing wedding team, assist with operational oversight of delivery of weddings, functions, and special events
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure event expectations are met
* Oversee function setup, staffing, and event execution
* Ensure events run efficiently and to a high standard
About You
* Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
* A hands on leader that isn\u2019t scared to roll their sleeves up
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Passion for hospitality and customer experience
