Business Development Manager – Commercial Kitchen & Bathroom Solutions

Our client is a highly respected supplier of premium kitchen and bathroom products, servicing the commercial, residential and multi-residential sectors across Australia. As they continue to expand their footprint in Queensland, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Brisbane market.

About the Role

This is a strategic and relationship-led sales role focused on deepening engagement with key decision-makers in the design and construction ecosystem. You will identify new project opportunities, promote the company’s product solutions, and nurture long-term partnerships that drive commercial outcomes.

You will have autonomy to shape your market strategy while being supported by a collaborative national team and strong internal technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert commercial project opportunities across Brisbane and broader QLD
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, commercial builders, developers, and specifiers
- Manage the project pipeline from concept to completion, ensuring accurate specifications and successful delivery
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to design firms and construction partners
- Develop market insights to inform sales strategy, pricing, and product positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, marketing, and operations
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

About You

You will be a well-connected, proactive and commercially astute sales professional who thrives on building relationships and winning specifications. You understand how to navigate the project cycle and can speak the language of architects, designers, and builders.

You will bring

- Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, commercial builders and/or developers in the QLD market
- Robust understanding of the design & construction project lifecycle
- Proven success in business development or specification sales, ideally within building products, interiors, bathrooms/kitchens, or related categories
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- A driven, self-managed approach with a passion for delivering results
