About the Role
Join the Macmahon Underground Mining team as an experienced Grader Operator. You will be responsible for grading and maintaining underground roadways, performing repairs, and ensuring safety and operational productivity of the mine. Opportunities are available across various sites in the Goldfields Region.
Work schedule: FIFO Perth or DIDO Kalgoorlie, family‐friendly roster 7/7, full‐time permanent employment, great camp facilities, values‐based culture.
Responsibilities
* Operate Epiroc MT65 trucks and CAT 140M graders, grading and maintaining haul roads and access roads in active mining areas.
* Build haul roads and keep a level and tidy floor.
* Break up surface with scarifying attachments and service equipment.
* Submit all relevant documents efficiently.
* Perform other tasks when required.
* Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, manage fatigue and hydration throughout the shift.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience operating Epiroc MT65 trucks and CAT 140M graders.
* Valid manual C Class Australian drivers licence (essential).
* Working at Heights, Dangerous Goods Security Card and First Aid Certificate (highly desirable).
* Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations.
* Ability to manage fatigue and hydration throughout the shift.
* Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
