Role
This is a hands‐on role focused on electrical fit‐outs and preparation of a wide range of machinery, including:
* Brand‐new machines
* Mining equipment
* Construction & Utility equipment
You'll work across machine preparation, masking, painting, detailing, touch‐ups and final presentation before equipment is delivered to customers.
We are open to candidates from a variety of trade backgrounds, including:
* Industrial painters
* Automotive spray painters
* Heavy vehicle painters
* Trade qualified painters
* Trades assistants with heavy commercial painting experience

Schedule
Roster: Monday to Friday: 5:00am to 1:57pm OR 2:00pm to 10:27pm
Role located: Wacol, Queensland

Requirements
* Trade qualification in automotive refinishing, spray painting, industrial coatings or similar.
* Open to trades assistants with heavy commercial painting experience.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Experience preparing and painting heavy mobile equipment or commercial machinery highly regarded.
* Knowledge of paint preparation, masking and finishing techniques.
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Industry‐standard tickets/licenses preferred but not essential (forklift, EWP, working at heights).
