Position Profile
An opportunity exists for a Senior Health Professional – Mental Health to join the team in Geraldton, based within the Acute Psychiatric Unit (APU), where the role independently coordinates the development, implementation and review of clinical education programs across Midwest Mental Health and Community Alcohol and Drug Service to align governance requirements with clinical practice, supports the orientation of new staff with a focus on evidence‐based care, identifies and facilitates relevant clinical education opportunities, audits compliance with governance processes and mandatory training requirements, and provides advice to the management committee on service gaps and resource requirements to support high‐quality service delivery.
