* Enterprise Leadership – Represent the Respiratory Business Unit as a key member of the Australian Executive Team, contributing to enterprise strategy, broader business priorities and overall organizational performance.
* External Engagement – Build strong external credibility with key partners and stakeholders, supporting the reputation and strategic position of GSK in Respiratory and strengthening long‐term partnerships.
* Governance, Ethics & Compliance – Ensure the highest standards of governance, ethics, compliance and values‐based leadership across all business activities, consistently role‐modeling GSK's expectations.
Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualifications
* Education – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or a related discipline.
* Leadership experience – Significant senior commercial leadership experience, including second‐line sales leadership and senior marketing leadership, with a strong track record of delivering sustained business performance through others and across large teams.
* Commercial & Marketing experience – Deep commercial and strategic marketing experience, ideally within Respiratory or other complex specialty portfolios, including success in brand growth, launch execution, and business turnaround environments.
* Matrix / Enterprise experience – Experience leading enterprise‐level initiatives or operating in above‐country or highly matrixed environments, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution across complex stakeholder groups.
* Functional breadth – Strong expertise across sales, marketing, portfolio strategy, and global‐to‐local execution in highly regulated, competitive markets.
* Strategic impact – Demonstrated ability to identify and act on key commercial drivers that maximize short‐ and long‐term portfolio value.
* Change leadership – Proven ability to shape direction, challenge thinking, and build belief in a common vision during periods of change and transformation.
* Coaching & Development – Strong coaching and leadership‐development capability to build organizational depth and long‐term capability.
Key Competencies
* Broad leadership experience across sales, marketing and people management within both hierarchical and matrix organizational structures.
* Strong leadership capability to influence direction, lead change and align diverse teams behind shared priorities.
* Senior commercial experience with strong product, customer and market acumen, including understanding of respiratory disease areas, patient pathways and access dynamics.
* Proven relationship‐management skills with senior internal and external stakeholders on complex and strategically important issues.
* Demonstrated ability to consider broader business implications, build alliances and lead change with resilience and tenacity.
