Working as part of the leadership team, you will drive curriculum implementation, build staff capability and support high-quality teaching and learning, with a clear focus on improving student outcomes.
This is a temporary full-time position available from 13 July until 25 September 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About The Role
As Head of Department - English/Humanities, you will provide instructional leadership, supporting high-quality curriculum delivery and effective teaching practice.
You will lead curriculum planning, implementation and review, build staff capability through coaching and collaboration, and use data-informed practices to support improved student outcomes.
The role requires strong curriculum expertise, organisational capability and the ability to contribute strategically as part of a collaborative leadership team.
