As a Senior Pharmacist, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of a designated pharmacy area while providing advanced clinical pharmacy services, medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients and multidisciplinary teams. Working with a high level of professional autonomy, you’ll help optimise medication outcomes through evidence-based practice, quality use of medicines and service improvement initiatives.
