Osborne Park Kia has a rare and exciting opportunity for a high performing, experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join the team!
The Role:
* Manage and lead the used vehicle sales team.
* Oversee inventory management, pricing, and vehicle merchandising.
* Monitor and improve sales processes to maximise efficiency and profitability.
* Train and develop sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
YOU:
* Understanding of used vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
* Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination.
* Ability to manage used car stock, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment.
* A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets.
* Current C Class drivers' licence is essential.
* Motor Vehicle Yard Managers licence is essential.
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential.
