Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* 15+ years of experience in environmental planning and approvals, impact assessment, working within legislative requirements
* High degree of technical competence in environmental planning and approvals, due diligence, land use planning, post-approval management, and broad knowledge of best practices in renewables, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
* Solid experience building sustaining relationships with major clients
* Authorisation to work in Australia
* In-depth understanding of project approvals challenges and existing relationships that can be leveraged into new business
* Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges and recognise corporate opportunities
* Demonstrable track record in delivering multimillion-dollar sales results annually, including successfully winning large and strategic projects
