Sr Graphic Designer – Head of Visual Direction.
As we expand our business, we are searching for a dynamic Sr Graphic Designer to be part of our marketing blueprint.
Position Overview
The purpose of Senior Graphic Designer is to own the visual direction of the Alpha‐H brand, ensuring the brand aesthetic is maintained across all materials. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. The scope of work includes packaging design, creative and art direction, digital design, web design and print design. The Senior Graphic Designer will also lead and support the Graphic Designer.
* Ensuring all print and digital assets adhere to our brand guidelines and are cohesive across both media
* Having excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met
* Maintaining artwork files and administrative processes
* Effectively using programs to their full extent (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
* Working collaboratively with the Digital team and external agencies to create EDMs, website assets and digital ad campaigns
* Having the ability to interpret briefs and guidelines
What You'll Do
* Develop paid ad template systems for rapid testing of headlines, hooks, offers and formats
* Create motion and short‐form video assets optimized for paid channels
* Work with Growth / Paid Media teams using data to improve creative design
Workplace responsibility additions
* Mentor team on smarter workflows and production methods
* Mentor team on AI creative tools
* Introduce automation and template systems for key assets
Experience required
* Experience designing paid social/performance creative
* Experience using AI creative tools essential
* Motion/video editing skills highly desirable
* Meeting deadlines both internally and externally
* Assisting Senior Creative Designer with jobs and deadlines as required
* Preparing artwork correctly as per printer/client specifications
* Creating artwork and using imagery that is ethically inclusive
* Creating artwork that is inclusive for colour‐blind people
* Building and maintaining a positive relationship with fellow employees, managers, and external clients and stakeholders
* Developing and maintaining brand guidelines
* Upholding a high level of professionalism

Who We're Looking For
* Qualification in Graphic Design
* At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in short‐form video editing for Paid Advertising and Social Media
* Experience in EDM design for mobile & desktop (knowledge of Klaviyo preferred but not essential)
* Proficient in the Adobe Suite (After Effects in particular, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
* Experience in photography, filming and editing with the ability to work around a camera (adjusting ISO settings, aperture etc)
* Experience in social media content
* Extensive knowledge using a MAC computer and software
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Ability to work collaboratively and individually in a fast‐paced environment
* Communicate openly and clearly to team members and external clients
* Be self‐motivated, honest, reliable whilst being able to work well under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple creative jobs
* Ability to solve creative problems
