About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. In this fast-paced and varied role, you will manage executive schedules, coordinate Board and Committee activities, support key stakeholder relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. As a trusted partner, you’ll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and help our leaders perform at their best while supporting the successful delivery of organisational priorities. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and other Executives, including calendar, email, and workflow management. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring adherence to organisational policies. Support credit card reconciliations, purchase orders, and other executive financial administration. Plan and deliver Board and Committee meeting support, including uploading documents to Convene, organising catering, and taking accurate minutes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior government and industry representatives. Maintain filing and document management systems, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and accessibility. Proactively manage competing priorities, complex logistics, and sensitive matters to enable executives to perform at their best. What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role, ideally supporting multiple executives. Experience supporting Board or Committee meetings is highly regarded. Exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands. Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit professional documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with governance software such as Convene or similar platforms.
