2 positions for each year level: Yr 7, Yr 8, Yr 9, Yr 10 & Yr 11.

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is entering an exciting new chapter. Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs currently provides education to over 1100 students in Melbourne's West, with predicted enrolments of 1600 students by 2028.
Role Overview
The Year Level Leader is an integral part of the Student Engagement Leadership Team. This role will manage a team of Homeroom teachers and collaborate with the other Year Level Leader at their assigned year level. There will be two Year Level Leaders at each year level (7-11).
Responsibilities
* Provide proactive, high‐quality leadership and implement the College's vision, mission, and strategic plan.
* Maintain sound knowledge of all students in their cohort and respond to, and support, their needs.
* Lead in personal development, pastoral care, and behaviour management of students.
* Promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive public profile.
* Actively participate in the implementation of the College vision and mission statement, guided by the motto 'Live Fully Act Justly'.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant educational qualification and teaching experience.
* Experience in school leadership or senior year leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of pastoral care and student behaviour management.
* Demonstrated ability to promote Catholic values and uphold a positive public profile.
Candidates must have the right to live and work in Australia and be able to provide evidence of this.
