About the Role
Join a dynamic pharmacy team where your expertise will help deliver safe, effective and patient‐centred care across the hospital. As a Senior Pharmacist, you'll lead the day‐to‐day management of a designated pharmacy area while providing advanced clinical pharmacy services, medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients and multidisciplinary teams.
Working with a high level of professional autonomy, you'll help optimise medication outcomes through evidence‐based practice, quality use of medicines and service improvement initiatives. You'll also contribute to operational leadership, staff development and the delivery of efficient, cost‐effective pharmacy services aligned with professional standards and hospital priorities.
* Lead pharmacy operations within a designated area

About You
You're a motivated pharmacy professional who thrives in a fast‐paced healthcare environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
* Registered or eligible with Pharmacy Board Australia
* Extensive hospital pharmacy and leadership experience
* Strong communication, analysis and problem‐solving skills
* Committed to teamwork, education and service excellence
