Key Responsibilities Accurately process CRN and Timetable data in Banner and Syllabus Plus, and/or equivalent or replacement systems, ensuring the integrity of scheduling and administrative processes. Engage with operational administration and teaching staff to manage CRNs and course scheduling, using both oral and written communication to develop and negotiate resolutions to issues. Extract, analyse, and manage CRN and timetable data from Banner and ARGOS reports to support informed decision-making and maintain data accuracy. Eligibility/Other requirements: Relevant experience with timetabling and scheduling system is desirable. Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 May 2026 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
