**The Role**
As part of the client services team you will support the day to day of the customer facing sales staff, whether that's liaising with customers directly, processing orders or assisting with tender proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- provide ongoing service and assistance to Business Development Managers, Accounts Managers, and customers to a day-to-day basis on tasks that drive commercially profitable outcomes.
- Maintaining the CRM to ensure all information is current.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure all timelines are met
- Send weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to all internal stakeholders
- Keep up to date with company and industry trends
**About You**
You will be enthusiastic, driven and love to deal with customers.
Further to this, you will have / be:
- Previous experience in a sales support role
- Superb communications skills
- Understanding of Hardware and Software highly desirable
- Attention to deal
- A drive to achieve KPIs and deadlines
