Introduction and Team you will belong to
The successful applicant will play a crucial part in managing the allocated Key Account for the Metso Service Business line and achieving Sales targets.
This will be achieved by establishing Key Account relationships at all key levels, assisting with problem solving on equipment and operational issues, resolving commercial issues, maintaining existing business, and sourcing and developing new business opportunities.

The role will require the successful applicant to undertake travel intra-state and locally 70% of the time.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver profitable business growth from allocated sites
Create relationships with key people at the site and share those with the organization, connecting key interfaces
Focus on aftermarket business while identifying investment/capex opportunities and conveying customer requirements to capex sales
Plan and maintain full visibility of activities of any Metso function
Seek and coordinate best resources and channels for customer-facing activities
Understand customer business and be able to discuss Metso added value
Drive site sales activities together with cross-organizational site account team and understand customer's capex and operational expenditure decisions and buying timetable
Demonstrate experience in maintaining and actively utilizing a CRM system, e.g. Salesforce
Drive account planning and implementation (strategy, relationship, site-level budgeting, activity plan, sales roadmap and plan)
Maintain and share information of installed base, performance and shutdown schedules and plan
Orchestrate customer satisfaction surveys and closed-loop activities to ensure continuous improvement
Support Accounts Receivable and payment collections
Act as member of the Market Area Key Account team
The successful candidate will possess the following
Essential
At least five years of direct selling and/or service experience in the Pilbara region
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Intermediate understanding of accounting procedures including profit & loss, budgets and gross margins
Intermediate level of computer literacy in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Current motor vehicle licence and passport
IT literacy and confidence in utilizing CRM systems proactively and regularly
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time by motor vehicle and commercial flights
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, persuasive, selling, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
CRM exposure in Salesforce will be highly regarded
