Responsibilities

* Automotive knowledge – recognise parts customers refer to and understand required specifications.
* Attention to detail – accurately identify parts and their condition.
* Communication skills – converse with phone customers, TradeMe customers and in‐person customers with confidence.
* Organization – maintain workshop stock, including consumables, packaging, equipment and office supplies.
* Book vehicles for jobs, source and order parts, update vehicle records and check payments.
* Admin – invoice parts, manage online listings and emails, record parts sales, prepare freight quotes.
* Team player – coordinate with dismantlers and Andrew on pricing and timely information transfer.
* Prepare and package parts for courier, ensuring safe arrival to the customer.

Qualifications

* Full New Zealand driver's licence (shared vehicle will be provided for daily travel).
* At least three references.
* New Zealand citizenship.
