About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join our Maintenance team in Kalgoorlie. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent/Manager, you will play a key role in supporting maintenance operations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating administrative processes across the department.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the Maintenance team
* Process maintenance documentation and maintain accurate records and asset registers
* Coordinate planned maintenance activities for the fleet
* Manage site access compliance requirements (e.g. medicals, inductions, police clearances, drug & alcohol testing)
* Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel
* Issue and track purchase orders and support purchasing processes
* Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock takes, and ensure correct storage practices
* Assist with coordination of flights and accommodation as required
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry across systems
* Support audits and ensure compliance with client and legislative requirements
About You
* Previous administration experience (maintenance or mining industry experience highly regarded)
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
* Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
