Job Summary
Full‐time Retail Sales Assistant at Total Tools, helping customers with tools & trades. Focus on customer service, product knowledge, and sales support.
Responsibilities
* Process sales transactions
* Provide accurate product advice and information
* Support customer queries and offer solutions
* Maintain store displays and ensure a well‐presented store
* Process and manage customer orders
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous retail and/or trade experience
* Passion for tools and a good understanding of the industry
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player
* Computer literacy – comfortable with technology
* Available weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
