About the Role
Join the team at Capitol Bar & Grill, bringing your culinary skills and passion for cooking premium local produce. The menu focuses on wood‑fired grill proteins, premium steak offerings, fresh seafood, and complementary sides.
Skillset & Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, bistro, or hotel.
- Experience in different kitchen sections including grill, larder, and pans.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen while maintaining high standards.
- Passion for creating good food and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
