Job Summary
Due to an increased demand for skilled and unskilled labour throughout the WA Mining Industry, HGM is seeking a highly experienced Mobilisation Administrator for a full-time role. The role involves varied tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is suited to a friendly, motivated self-starter.
Duties
* Mobilise blue collar trades (Heavy Mobile Equipment) to various mine sites.
* Build and maintain candidate and client relationships.
* Coordinate training, medicals and PPE according to site specific requirements.
* Maintain and manage employee roster & database.
* Create quotes and reconcile purchase orders.
* Manage candidate aftercare.
* Provide adhoc support to the Recruitment and Field Service departments.
* Demonstrate highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Coordinate onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications & Skills
* Prior experience and excellent understanding in a high volume mining mobilisation role with various mining clients.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel & Word.
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise and use initiative.
* General office administration experience.
* Great sense of humour and willingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard work.
* Experience within the mobile maintenance industry.
* Fastrack360 experience.
* Heavy Mobile Equipment industry knowledge.
