At Tecoma Early Learning Centre, we're searching for a passionate and driven Educator to join our warm, inclusive, and close-knit team. We have both a casual and permanent role available.
What You'll Do
* Create safe, nurturing spaces where children feel valued, inspired, and ready to explore.
* Help deliver engaging learning programs to the children in our care.
* Build lasting connections with children, families, and your team in a fun, supportive environment.
* Celebrate cultural diversity by weaving unique traditions into daily learning.
Qualifications
* A minimum of a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
* A passion for working with children and creating magical moments in their development.
* A deep understanding of Child Protection and mandatory reporting.
* Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine love for collaboration.
* An eager, positive attitude with a drive to grow and succeed.
