The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have shifts in both Medical Reception and the Contact Centre, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Medical Receptionist
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
Contact Centre Agent
Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics.
Billing knowledge - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
A background in customer service
