* Manage daily operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock control, and compliance
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities
* Restaurant Managers:
o Drive engagement and results with your team of legends
o Own the operations, handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance
o Grow your crew, help them thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans
o Keep the numbers in check, manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs
o Champion your community, run our Local Matters program
* Assistant Restaurant Managers:
o Lead and inspire as motivator in chief, work alongside the Restaurant Manager
o Be hands-on from grill to floor, ensuring smooth shifts and happy customers
o Smash targets, drive performance, develop your team's skills, and celebrate wins together
o Coach and develop, help your team master their craft and level up across all stations
o Stay on point, manage safety, quality, and operations with precision
