Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.
* Manage and supervise logistics personnel and warehouse staff.
* Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to internal and external clients.
* Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
* Oversee procurement activities related to logistics materials and supplies.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in all logistics activities.
* Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Prepare and submit logistics reports to management.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of operations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
* Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping (if applicable).
