Start up venture of Australian household organisation requires Customer Service Administrator for long term contract
You will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations, with primary responsibilities to include handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
You will work closely with the customer service team, sales department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service is delivered while proactively contributing towards ongoing process improvement.
