About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This broad generalist role supports leaders across a geographically dispersed workforce and requires practical HR and employee relations experience in workplaces covered by Enterprise Agreements and modern Awards, including experience supporting leaders in unionised environments.

* Provide HR advice and coaching to leaders on policies, procedures, people management, team dynamics and conflict resolution.
* Support disciplinary and workplace matters from commencement to resolution, including investigations, interviews and recommendations, in partnership with the HR Manager.
* Assist with the review, implementation and ongoing monitoring of HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
* Coordinate the apprenticeship and traineeship program in partnership with hiring managers.
* Support the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related discipline is essential.
* At least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally in a blue‐collar environment, including exposure to unionised workplaces.
* Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, modern Awards and industrial instruments, including practical interpretation and application.
* Experience managing disciplinary and workplace matters from commencement to resolution in a fair, consistent and compliant manner.
* The ability to provide practical advice on policy, procedure and people management.
* Strong communication, problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.
* The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
