Job Description
An exceptional opportunity to join Colliers working within a high performing Residential Project Sales team delivering some of Sydney's most prestigious developments. This role offers the chance to represent landmark projects work alongside industry leading developers and build a career within a brand known for excellence and results. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, managing enquiries, converting sales, and delivering outstanding outcomes for both developers and purchasers.

About you:
* Experience in project marketing and off-the-plan sales, or a high-performing sales representative ready to transition into projects
* Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
* Confident interpreting floorplans and apartment layouts
* Strong work ethic with a results driven mindset
Qualifications
* Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
* Strong enquiry management and conversion capability
* Ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
