About the role
Working closely with clients, counsel and experts and be involved in a broad mix of contentious matters, including:
* Insolvency and restructuring disputes.
* Class action proceedings.
* Commercial litigation and shareholder disputes.
* Regulatory and investigations-related matters.
* Court proceedings, mediations and negotiated resolutions.
* Drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and advice.
The ideal candidate
Have at least 2-3 years’ PQE.
* Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
* Confidence working with clients and managing competing deadlines.
* A proactive, commercial and team-focused approach.
