Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Case Management: Proactively assess and develop case management strategies, ensuring sustainable outcomes and consumer expectations align with policy definitions and risk management principles.
* Customer Engagement and Communication: Communicate professionally with customers, delivering high-quality service through clear, empathetic, and transparent decisions and updates.
* Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, categorize, and prioritize claims according to business needs and partner expectations, driving adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience managing life insurance claims, preferably in a Group Insurance environment.
* Proven ability to interpret complex information and make evidence-based decisions.
* Strong communication skills and adaptability when managing complex cases and change.
