* Must be available to work nights and weekends.
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager.
* Energy, enthusiasm, positivity and lots of it.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and an understanding of what BEST looks like.
* Ability to motivate and lead the team by example.
* Strong customer service skills and a "can-do" attitude.
* Proven knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliations.
