Due to continued growth, we are looking for dedicated, reliable, and empathetic Support Workers to join our team. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out in the sector, we provide a supportive environment and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will work one-on-one with NDIS participants to promote independence, build capacity, and support daily living activities. Your role may include:
* Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)
* Community access (appointments, shopping, social outings)
* Household tasks (cleaning, meal prep)
* Supporting emotional wellbeing
* Implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies (if applicable)
What You Bring
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Relevant qualifications (Cert III or higher in Disability, Community, or Individual Support) preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication, initiative and professionalism
