Offer description

PropertyMe is Australia's leading cloud-based property management platform, used by thousands of property management agencies to manage millions of properties nationally. The business is owned by EQT, a global private equity and infrastructure firm, and has transitioned from founder‐led management to a professionally structured organisation. PropertyMe is in a period of active growth, with continued investment in product development, team expansion, and the integration of AI into its platform and operations.

The HR Director is a newly established role, created to build and lead a people function appropriate to the scale and maturity of the business. The position sits on the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO.

The HR Director is responsible for developing and overseeing all people and culture functions at PropertyMe. The role provides strategic HR counsel to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), leads the professionalisation of people practices across the business, and works with the CEO to help ensure the organisation has the capability, structure, and culture required to support its commercial objectives.

The business is actively evolving its operating model in response to AI adoption and the impact on the modern workforce, and the HR Director plays an active role (alongside the ELT) to ensuring those transitions are well managed and that the organisation maintains clarity, cohesion, and performance throughout.
