About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join their growing data function and help ensure the organisation's data pipelines, integrations, and reporting assets are reliable, accurate, and performing at their best.
This is a permanent, full‐time position within a data‐driven business where analytics sits at the heart of strategy. You'll be working with critical data infrastructure across digital marketing, web analytics, and enterprise reporting.
What you'll do:
* Build, maintain, and optimise end‐to‐end data pipelines using Databricks and dbt.
* Integrate data from third‐party sources including Google Analytics, Meta campaign data, and other digital marketing platforms via APIs.
* Manage API integrations and third‐party data source connections, ensuring data quality and consistency.
* Collaborate with teams across data engineering and analytics to deliver trusted, high‐quality data assets for reporting and analytics.
What we're looking for:
* 2–5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role.
* Solid hands‐on experience with Databricks and dbt.
* Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
* Experience working with cloud‐based data platforms.
* Exposure to digital marketing data sources such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and similar platforms.
* Practical experience with API integrations and managing third‐party data pipelines.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non‐technical teams.
