Our Inspirations Paint Parafield store currently has 1 Paint Salesperson position available. This family-owned business promotes a supportive and dynamic work setting.
We are looking for somebody who understands that providing an engaging customer service experience within a team of motivated team players is key to our business success. You will be required to work Saturdays as part of a rotational roster. Store hours: Monday – Friday 7.00‑4.00pm and Saturday 8.00‑4.00pm.
What we need you to:
- Connect well with people, forming effective relationships to provide exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers.
- Be counted on by your colleagues and customers to identify real problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Accept feedback and look for what works to seize opportunities in a calm and efficient manner.
- Tint & mix paint (involves heavy lifting up to 20L) on the shop floor.
About the position:
Working with the management team, you will be responsible for customer retention and growth, client engagement and client satisfaction. You will need to foster and develop customer relationships in the business whilst growing revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of service and repeat business. You will be relied upon to provide expert knowledge on a diverse range of products (paint, texture, accessories, etc.) as well as customer relationship management.
