About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sustainability & CSR Specialist to join our Sustainability team. This role will be critical in driving sustainability across the business including across product sustainability, reporting and compliance, ethical sourcing, circularity and community initiatives, and working with marketing teams on sustainability communications.

You will collaborate closely with suppliers, community and industry partners, as well as internal teams, to drive positive change.

What you'll be Doing

- Support design and production to embed sustainability initiatives and achieve fibre/fabric transition targets.
- Drive circularity programs such as resale, rental, take-back and end-of-life solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to engage customers in sustainability and circularity initiatives.
- Deliver internal training and tools to build sustainability and circular design capability.
- Manage supplier compliance with ethical sourcing standards and company Code of Conduct.
- Identify and escalate sourcing risks and non-compliances to the Head of Sustainability, Head of Buying, and Finance.
- Lead supplier engagement programs, including Modern Slavery reporting, Living Wage Roadmap, and capacity building.
- Develop and maintain sustainability policies, guidelines, and compliance systems (e.g. Supplier Handbook, reporting automation).
- Manage community partnerships and programs, driving employee and customer involvement.
- Partner with Marketing to communicate sustainability achievements credibly and minimise greenwashing.
- Maintain robust data and reporting systems to track KPIs, compliance, and performance across sustainability initiatives.
- Support the Sustainability function and others across the organisation to embed and drive other sustainability initiatives as required, including, but not limited to training, compliance and reporting

What you’ll need

- 6+ years of experience in sustainability, community impact and ethical sourcing within the fashion industry.
- Experience working with suppliers to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Deep knowledge of circularity concepts with hands-on experience implementing circularity programs.
- Proven track record in managing community partnerships and programs, including setting and tracking impact targets.
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with strong outcomes.
- Solid understanding of sustainability communications and risks, particularly greenwashing, and experience collaborating with Marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments and teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading internal training and engagement activities to embed sustainability across the organisation.
