Responsibilities
* Financial modelling and valuation
* Buyer / seller due diligence
* Information memoranda and board materials
* Transaction execution and client interaction
* Work closely with senior bankers in a lean, meritocratic team environment
Qualifications
* Excellent academics (Distinction average minimum)
* 12 months Corporate finance experience from a global investment bank, independent advisor, Big 4 M&A / Corporate Finance team
Required Skills
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Motivated, detail‐oriented and keen to build a long-term career in M&A
