What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications (Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
- Deliver solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders
- Develop secure, compliant Salesforce applications
- Perform data modelling, integration, and API development
- Manage and resolve Salesforce support and enhancement tickets
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and agile deployments
- Maintain technical documentation for all development work
- Support CI/CD and continuous improvement initiatives
- Influence stakeholders to adopt enhancements and new tech
- Communicate technical info to diverse audiences
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years’ hands‑on Salesforce development and support
- Proven expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce certifications in administration, development, and architecture (essential)
- Proficient in Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, security, and best practices
- Experience managing platform security and governance
- Skilled in API and event‑driven architecture integrations
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom UI
- Experience with Salesforce Agents and Einstein for Service (desirable)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket) and deployment automation
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
