We are working with a leading investment banking platform that is looking to add an Associate to their team. The firm advises across Technology, Healthcare, and General Industrials, providing exposure to high-quality transactions and clients.
This opportunity is suited to candidates with 3-5 years' experience in M&A or corporate finance, ideally gained at a notable investment bank or independent boutique. Strong financial modelling, transaction execution skills, and the ability to manage workstreams are essential.
The team is known for its collaborative culture and an opportunity to work with Senior Directors with a strong track record across public markets M&A as well as excellent progression opportunities.
