Responsibilities
- Day to Day Pool Operations within the facility and ensure areas in and surrounding the pools are safe and enjoyable for all patrons.
- Maintain water safety and respond to incidents as required, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Communicate effectively with patrons and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for diverse ages and abilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a facility
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Blue card
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regarded
- Previous experience in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
