The base salary for this position is $120,380 per annum pro rata. Additional benefits include:
* Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum pro rata.
* Annual airfare of $1,800 per annum after 12 months of service.
* Optional salary sacrifice up to $30,000 per annum pro rata.

This organisation is a regional Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that provides culturally safe, comprehensive primary health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. It was established to provide support and advocacy for member services across the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Position Overview
The Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Educator role will be based in Kununurra on a full‐time basis. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide education and support for CKD patients and their families. Responsibilities include promoting awareness of CKD, developing clinical standards, and engaging in service planning and reporting to ensure effective healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver clinical practise and education for CKD patients, local service providers and the community.
* Develop and maintain clinical standards in alignment with best practises.
* Promote services and engage in advocacy for renal health in the community.
* Participate in service planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience working with Aboriginal populations and in community‐controlled health services is highly desirable.
