Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the development of Market Management System (MMS) solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of market system concepts and business processes.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MMS solutions, with experience in developing requirements for large, complex systems. They should be able to analyze and resolve problems, work closely with project leads and SMEs, and effectively manage relationships and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the implementation of MMS solutions utilizing software suite.
* Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of projects.
* Develop business requirements, both functional and non-functional, for MMS solutions.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
* Proven experience in a technical consultancy role within the electrical utility industry, especially with Operational Technologies such as MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS solutions.
* Experience with energy & ancillary services markets such as Day Ahead (DA) & Real time (RT) is a plus.
* High-level understanding of market system solutions from an OT standpoint is desirable.
