System Administrator for Academic Scheduling
This is a key role within our Timetabling and Scheduling Support Team at the Canberra Institute of Technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the TimeEdit platform, which underpins academic scheduling, room bookings, and teaching resource allocation across the Institute.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support, managing system configurations, and ensuring data integrity for Course Reference Numbers (CRNs).
As a System Administrator, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Institute to deliver accurate timetables and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Experience with timetabling and course creation systems in a tertiary learning environment, such as Banner and TimeEdit.
* Experience working in an ICT tiered service delivery model.
