Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑level executive support to CFO and EGM
* Manage complex diaries and inboxes with accuracy and foresight
* Coordinate ELT meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
* Collate and prepare Board papers and executive documentation
* Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics
* Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
* Support day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a seamless workplace experience
* Assist with internal events and team initiatives
About You
* Proven experience supporting C‑suite or ELT executives (minimum 5+ years)
* Experience collating, preparing and distributing Board papers essential
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsTech‑savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Can‑do attitude
