Responsibilities
* Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front‐End Loader) safely and efficiently.
* Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
* Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
* Engage in problem‐solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Participate in safety initiatives, including pre‐start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
Qualifications
* Experience with mobile plant operation essential (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).
* HR truck licence advantageous but not required.
* Quarry experience valued but not necessary.
* Self‐motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
* Available to work Monday to Saturday.
